Industrial Security Force personnel seated during a classroom training session

Recruited, verified, trained, supervised

A month of induction training, six independent background checks, and surprise supervision that does not stop once the contract is signed.

Recruitment

We recruit the best — and reject the rest

Recruitment follows stringent corporate hiring rules — not whoever happens to be available this week.

Physical fitness examination

Each candidate undergoes a rigorous physical fitness examination that gauges tolerance, the ability to cope with difficult situations, and agility to act during emergencies.

Independent background check

Backgrounds are verified independently with the authorities holding jurisdiction over where the applicant lives or has lived.

Reliable referral required

That is still not all. A candidate is appointed only when referred by a reliable source — accountability starts before the first shift.

Training

Taught by people who have done the job

Every candidate trains for a month under professionals retired from senior posts in the the armed forces and fire services.

01

Basic training

Guarding fundamentals: post discipline, bearing, saluting, register-keeping, challenge and response, and the limits of a guard’s authority.

02

Specialised training

Role-specific skills for the site type — gate and material control for industry, guest-facing conduct for hotels, crowd handling for events.

03

Training and drills on site

Procedures rehearsed against your actual layout, shift pattern and assembly points, so the drill matches the building.

04

Outbound training

Field exercises conducted away from the post, to test stamina, coordination and decision-making outside a familiar setting.

05

Emergency response training

Fire, medical and evacuation drills — what to do in the first two minutes of theft, intrusion, pilferage, fire, flooding or an accident.

06

Behaviour training

Courtesy, obedience, mannerism and human psychology — the difference between a situation defused at the gate and one that escalates.

Curriculum

  • Rudiments of first aid
  • Firefighting and fire prevention
  • Self-defence
  • Courtesy, obedience and mannerism
  • Disaster management
  • Human psychology

Vetting

Six checks before a guard reaches your gate

A uniform proves nothing on its own. Each check is verified at source and on the record — not taken on the candidate’s word.

Education verification

Academic and professional qualifications are verified directly with the concerned college, institute or university.

Address verification

A physical address check of the employee’s residence, conducted by way of personal visits through our field staff.

Background verification

We make a personal visit to the authorities in every jurisdiction where the applicant is residing, or has ever resided, to establish that there is nothing adverse on record against them.

Reference verification

Supplied references are asked a pre-designed list of questions, so the answers can be compared rather than merely collected.

Present & previous employment verification

In an ever-developing country like India, businesses cannot afford to take on a worker without a background check — it is what prevents later trouble in the working environment, from roughness and robbery to forgery.

Driving licence verification

Where a driving licence is provided, its details are verified with the concerned licence-issuing authority.

Supervision

Checked without warning, day and night

Our security personnel are supervised by area officers and area managers who frequent sites during the day and at night for surprise checks, to ensure that everything is going smooth.

Recruitment and training set the standard. Supervision is what holds it — and it is the part that quietly lapses at agencies that treat a signed contract as the finish line rather than the start.

Surprise check — area officer on site

  • Unannounced day and night visits by area officers
  • Turnout, alertness and register checks at the post
  • Verification that posted duties are actually being performed
  • Escalation of lapses to area managers
  • Reporting back to the client on what was found
