Industrial Security Force guards fallen in at a hospital site in Maharashtra

Guarding Indian sites since 1994

A Mumbai-headquartered private security agency, present across all major cities of Maharashtra — industrial security and security & safety consulting.

Our story

Founded to raise the standard of Indian private security

ISF Security is a full-fledged security agency headquartered in Mumbai. It was started by Mr. Harish Chandra Sharma — one of a group of enterprising visionaries from diverse fields who felt a dearth in quality security services.

The company’s objective is to take Indian private security to a new level of professionalism and to cater to the needs of clients who need quality security services. It is also an initiative to provide employment to the local population in search of a respectable job.

At present, ISF security guards are present in all major cities of Maharashtra with an impressive team of professionally trained and well-supervised security officers, capable of handling any emergency situation — theft, intrusion, pilferage, fire, flooding or an accident.

When you choose ISF security guards for your security services, you are getting personnel who were recruited against strict criteria, verified through six independent background checks, trained for a month, and then checked on without warning for as long as they hold the post.

Our Vision

To be the pioneer of the Indian private security industry, providing unparalleled service in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, reach and technology.

That means lifting what a client should be able to take for granted: personnel who were selected rather than simply available, trained before they are posted, and checked on long after the contract is signed.

Set the professional standard for private security in India
Extend our reach across every major city in Maharashtra
Create respectable employment for the local population

Our Mission

To provide top-notch security services to clients from diverse fields — matching the guard, the drill and the supervision to the risk each site actually carries.

No two sites fail the same way, so no two deployments are staffed the same way. Every one begins with a survey of your premises rather than a standard package.

Survey the site before quoting a headcount or a shift pattern
Brief each detachment on that site’s own layout and risks
Hold the standard with unannounced day and night checks

How we work

Three things we refuse to shortcut

Most security failures are not failures of nerve on the night. They are failures of hiring, training or supervision — months earlier.

Recruitment

To keep our standards and our promise of the best professional security service, we recruit the best candidates. Our stringent corporate hiring rules put every candidate through a rigorous physical fitness examination to gauge tolerance, the ability to cope with difficult situations, and agility during emergencies. Backgrounds are independently verified, and a candidate is appointed only when referred by a reliable source.

Training

After appointment, all candidates undergo a month of rigorous training by highly trained professionals retired from senior posts in the armed forces and fire services. They are given theoretical and practical lessons in basic guarding skills, the rudiments of first aid, firefighting and self-defence — plus classes in courtesy, obedience, mannerism, fire prevention, disaster management and human psychology.

Supervision

Our security personnel are supervised by area officers and area managers who visit sites during the day and at night for surprise checks, ensuring that everything is going smooth. Supervision is what keeps the standard of week one intact in month twelve — and it is the part most agencies quietly drop once the contract is signed.
