A full-fledged security agency, built on professionalism
ISF Security is a full-fledged security agency headquartered in Mumbai. It was started by Mr. Harish Chandra Sharma — one of a group of enterprising visionaries from diverse fields who felt a dearth in quality security services.
The company's objective is to take Indian private security to a new level of professionalism and to cater to clients who need quality security services. It is also an initiative to provide employment to the local population in search of a respectable job.
Today ISF guards are present in all major cities of Maharashtra, backed by an impressive team of professionally trained and well-supervised security officers capable of handling theft, intrusion, pilferage, fire, flooding or an accident.

Recruitment
Stringent corporate hiring rules. Every candidate faces a rigorous physical fitness examination gauging tolerance, composure under pressure and agility in an emergency — and is appointed only when referred by a reliable source.
Verification
Six independent background checks — education, address, antecedents, references, past employment and driving licence — each confirmed at source with the authorities in the applicant's own jurisdiction.
Training
One month of rigorous training by professionals retired from senior posts in the the armed forces and fire services — covering guarding drills, first aid, firefighting, self-defence, fire prevention and disaster management.
Supervision
Personnel are supervised by area officers and area managers who visit sites through the day and night for surprise checks, so standards hold long after the contract is signed.
